3. Orders & Customization
- All customized orders must be confirmed with final artwork, photo, or design from the customer.
- Once work begins on a custom product, the order cannot be canceled.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring images or designs provided do not violate copyright or contain objectionable material.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices for all products are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payments can be made through online payment methods or cash.
- Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
- In case of online payment failure, the customer must contact their bank or payment provider.
5. Courier & Delivery
- We provide courier and local delivery services.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, courier company, and product type.
- Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, SK Frame is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by courier partners.
- Tracking details (if available) will be shared with the customer.
6. Returns, Replacement & Refund
- Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of:
- Wrong product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with photos or video proof.
- Courier delays are not eligible for refunds.
7. Use of Customer Images & Designs
- Any photo, artwork, or design shared by the customer will be used only for order fulfillment.
- We do not use or publish customer images without explicit permission.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, product designs, logos, and branding used by SK Frame are the property of SK Frame.
- Customers must not duplicate or misuse any proprietary content.
9. Limitation of Liability
SK Frame is not liable for:
- Any loss due to courier delay or mishandling
- Errors caused by unclear, low-quality, or incorrect customer-provided photos
- Payment gateway issues
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
