At SK Frame, all products are custom-made based on customer photos, designs, and instructions. Once an order is placed, work on the product usually begins quickly. This Cancellation Policy explains our rules regarding order cancellation and modifications.
1. No Order Cancellation
- Customers cannot cancel their order once it has been placed.
- Because our products are customized, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.
- After order submission, no refund or cancellation request will be accepted.
2. Order Modification (Allowed Under Limited Conditions)
Customers can request changes only if all conditions below are met:
- Product is not yet prepared on our side.
- Design or product is not printed or finalized.
- Request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
You may request changes such as:
- Changing the product type (e.g., frame size, gift item)
- Changing the photo, text, or design
- Updating details before final processing
Note: Once printing or production starts, no changes can be made.
3. When Modification Is Not Allowed
Modification cannot be done if:
- The product is already printed or prepared
- The 24-hour window has passed
- Customer requests to cancel instead of modify
- Material for customization has already been used
4. How to Request a Change
To modify your order (within 24 hours), contact us with:

- Updated photo or design
- Requested product change
