Thank you for choosing SK Frame. We aim to provide safe and timely delivery for all custom photo frames and personalized gift items. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order dispatch, courier services, timelines, charges, and responsibilities.
1. Shipping Availability
We provide shipping through courier services across:
- Nichlaul & nearby areas (Local Delivery)
- All India (Courier Delivery)
2. Order Processing Time
- Processing time depends on product type and customization.
- Most custom products are processed within 1–3 working days.
- Large or highly customized orders may take longer.
Note: Order processing starts only after payment confirmation.
3. Courier Dispatch
Once the order is ready:
- It is packed safely using bubble wrap, boxes, or protective packaging.
- It is handed over to our courier partners for delivery.
- Once dispatched, we will share tracking details (if available).
4. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the location and courier company. Estimated delivery:
- Local Delivery (Nichlaul area): 1–2 days
- Within Uttar Pradesh: 3–5 days
- Rest of India: 5–10 days
Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, courier load, or operational issues.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges depend on weight, product type, and location.
- Charges will be informed at the time of order.
- Free delivery (if applicable) will be mentioned clearly in offers.
6. Packaging & Handling
We ensure:
- Proper and secure packaging
- Damage prevention using bubble wrap, boxes, or foam
- Extra protection for fragile items like frames, cups, mirrors, etc.
Despite this, courier handling is beyond our control.
7. Damage During Transit
If a product arrives damaged:
- Customer must provide unboxing video proof from the moment the parcel is received.
- Video should be clear and unedited.
Eligible cases will receive a replacement only, as per our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Courier Delays
- SK Frame is not responsible for courier delays due to any reason.
- No refund or cancellation will be allowed because of delayed delivery.
9. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
Replacement or reshipping will not be provided if:
- Customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer is unavailable at the time of delivery
- Courier marks the parcel as “Return to Sender”
Reshipping (if possible) will require additional charges.
10. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp or SMS when available.
- Customers can check delivery status using the tracking link or AWB number.
