Thank you for shopping with SK Frame. We take pride in delivering high‑quality custom photo frames and personalized gift items. Since most of our products are custom‑made, we follow strict Refund & Return rules. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refund Policy
- SK Frame follows a strict No Refund Policy.
- Once an order is placed, money will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Order Cancellation Rules
- After the order is submitted and work has started, cancellation is not allowed.
- However, product design or customization changes can be requested by raising a quarry (inquiry) before production is completed.
3. Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged Orders)
We offer replacement only, not refunds.
A replacement will be provided only if:
- The product is damaged, broken, or defective at the time of delivery.
- Customer provides unboxing video proof, recorded from the moment the package is received and opened.
Important Unboxing Video Requirements:
- Video must clearly show the sealed package, entire opening process, and the damaged product.
- Video should be continuous and unedited.
- Without video proof, no replacement can be provided.
4. When Replacement Will Not Be Provided
Replacement will not be offered if:
- The product was damaged after delivery.
- No unboxing video is provided.
- Customer provides unclear or edited video.
- Damage is due to customer mishandling.
- Customer is not satisfied with design or image quality after approving the design.
- Wrong photo or text was submitted by the customer.
5. Custom Orders Cannot Be Returned
- Since all items (photo frames, printed cups, T‑shirts, pillows, magic mirrors, etc.) are custom‑made, returns are not accepted.
- Only replacement is allowed in case of verified damage.
6. Reporting Time for Issues
- Any damage or issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- After 24 hours, no claim will be accepted.
7. Courier & Delivery Responsibility
- We take full care in packing your products safely.
- However, courier delays are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- Replacement will be issued only for verified damage, not delayed delivery.
